Introducing Etchpop, a site where you can make your own customized DIY printing kits via kickstarter:
Today’s Project of the Day is Etchpop, a crafty web service that lets you make customized, DIY printing kits.
Creators Marshall and Chester are on a mission to make printmaking “seamless, carefree, and (most importantly) fun.” Their website will allow users to turn their images into laser-engraved woodblocks — meaning we can print as many [pick one: birthday cards/wacky flyers/wedding invitations/embarrassing photos of our friends] as we want, in our very own living rooms! Craft party, anybody?!
